Brewing a cup on the Keurig machine, we noted a pleasant light roast character immediately- the aroma wasn’t overpowering, promising a smooth experience. Sipping revealed a well-rounded flavour profile lacking harsh notes; it felt clean on the palate with a subtle hint of sweetness often associated with breakfast blends. While not earth-shatteringly complex, this light roast achieved a nice balance – refreshing without being too sharp, and refreshingly uncomplicated. It successfully delivers a satisfying organic coffee experience, making it a noteworthy contender in our pantry rotation for everyday morning brews.
