Great tomato cages, very sturdy, easy to assembly. As you build, they’re customizable, making them very versatile. Fabric grow bags are a nice extra. I threw this season’s broccoli and cauliflower in them. Can’t see these lasting more than one season. But you’ll get your money’s worth with the cages, they’ll last plenty of years.
We always seem to end up with 2 or 3 more plants than we have space for in the garden. I’m looking to use these for the overflow. To try them out I planted some bulbs in one bag. First lesson – when the bag is full of soil it is indeed heavy and not easy to move. I was pleasantly surprised, though, that the handles held with no problem. Second lesson – contrary to the pictures on Amazon the bags bulge when they are full of soil. Not as pretty as the pictures but ther is no stretching or hint of seams breaking. The bags are plenty big enough for a tomato or pepper plant and I think the trellis will work nicely. The trellis also looks good so on the patio they will be fashionable and functional. Even comparably sized plastic pots will probably cost more and these will be easier to store during the winter so they are a good choice for garden overflow or patio plants.
The grow bags are thick and breathable, and the drainage is great—no soggy roots here.I also appreciate the reinforced handles; I’ve moved them around my patio a few times without any tearing or stress on the seams. What sets this kit apart is the fiberglass support system—much sturdier and longer-lasting than the usual flimsy metal or plastic ones. It took about 20 minutes to assemble both cages, and the connectors are a big upgrade over the snap-together types I’ve used before. Plus, I love that you can adjust the height as your plant grows.

I love my lights.I made a homemade wooden stand, and screwed them into the wood to give my plants light. This is my second time ordering these, my first set has lasted me over a year without falling or malfunctioning.

bought a pack of two (pairs) of these lights. They’re as radiant as I was expecting for this size/price, and fine for what I need. Come with a range of fixings, and even a couple of USB mains power adapters.I’d hoped that given the stated size of these (42cm) I could somehow fix them into the top of an IKEA ÅKERBÄR mini greenhouse that I have a few small houseplants in (to protect them from my plant-murdering cat). Complete win! the lights have little screw lugs at each end, perfectly spaced to simply slot under the metal clips holding greenhouse perspex panels in place. So a pair of lights can be held in place with no fixings at all – I need to train the cables a bit, but they look great and will give my ropey-looking plants a better chance of survival in my dark, north-facing study. Will try using the second pair to start off some seedlings. The only minor annoyance: as I think others have mentioned, there’s an integrated timer/controller unit, so these can’t be left set to simply turn on when the external power switches on. This means you can’t use a timer or smart plug to control daily on/off times for them, which would have been awesome. still giving them 5* as they otherwise work great, and I lucked out with fixing them into the mini greenhouse.
