got the filler, it was vacuum sealed, and I was a little concerned about that as it was foam. When I took it out of the packaging, it was very flat. I waited for a couple days to see if it would correct itself. After a couple days, I noticed it really wasn’t happening. And I remembered something about foam. If you want foam to reconstitute, you need hot steam. So I had an iron that had a steam feature, and I decided to give it a shot and it worked beautifully. Upholsterers frequently enough use steam to do this. You can find videos of people explaining that old foam can be reconstituted with hot steam and if you have a steamer,it’s probably faster than using the steam feature on an iron.However, the iron worked beautifully. I saw someone mention on their order it looked like one end was damaged. I had the same look on mine. One end was kind of yellow and looked harder and I honestly wasn’t sure that the steam would reconstitute it but it did. The foam is a very nice dense foam so it did take a little time to steam it,but it came out perfectly square and inflated all the way back from around an inch to the entire 4 to 8 inches of what I had ordered. I took a picture before I was completely finished just to show others. I wish I took a before picture as it looked like many with the complaints.

This thing is amazing. Our feet don’t hang off the king-sized bed. No gap in the mattress. Pillows don’t hit the floor in the middle of the night. It has a washable cover but we’ve never needed to remove it because no part of us ever touches it. It’s sandwiched at the headboard and always beneath pillows. Wish I’d bought this years ago.I was about to shove a pool noodle in the crack until I did an Amazon search and I was so excited to find this company. They really do expand though so measure carefully and don’t go too big.
